Exchange and Return Policy

hummingbird offers an exchange and reutern policy Within 14 days from the date of receiving the products, provided that the products comply with the exchange and return conditions.

- To exchange or return any product:

1- First, you must contact us via phone number or WhatsApp: +…… or via our email address with a photo attached to the product.
2 – In the case of exchange or return, the delivery agent will be sent within 3-4 working days.
3- If the exchange or return is due to manufacturing defects or shipping problems, the delivery agent will be sent, taking into account that the shipping process is completely free.
4- If the exchange or return is for any other reason, the customer must pay shipping charges.

- In the case of an exchange, the new product will be sent within 3-4 days.

- In the case of return, the amount will be refunded to the electronic wallets within 7 working days or the bank account within 7 to 10 working days, taking into account that the shipping charges paid earlier are not refundable.

- Exchange and Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition without opening the basic bottle.
Make sure to place the bottle inside its basic packaging to ensure that the shipping agent agrees to receive it.
The 3 ml product is a free sample, no need to deliver it to the courier in case of replacing or returning the basic product.

- Products in gifts and offers:

Gifts are not eligible for exchange or return.
Offers are eligible for exchange for another product of the same size and value, and in case of return, shipping charges are paid for the return process.
In the case of returning offers containing more than one product, all products must be returned provided that they are all in the original condition and meet the conditions mentioned above.

Note: We provide you with a product trial service before opening the basic bottle through the presence of a 3 ml bottle that helps you to ensure the quality of the product and your choice.
